Romanians in Belfast

Great article on the Institute of Race Relations (IRR) website on the plight of the Romanians attacked in Belfast. It's written by Anna Morven from Belfast Law Centre. Her knowledge of immigration legislation shines through the article. She helps to explain the complexity of the position of immigrants from Bulgaria and Romania in the UK. They can freely travel, there are no visa restrictions, but there are very tight restrictions on the work that they can do.
